Any estimate provided through this Site, by phone, or by email is not a binding contract. A final written proposal will be provided after an on-site visit and assessment of your specific project. Prices in any final written proposal are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Scope changes, unforeseen site conditions, material price changes, or permit-related requirements discovered after a proposal is accepted may result in price adjustments. We will communicate any such changes to you in writing before additional work proceeds.
Project start dates are scheduled based on our current workload and material availability. We will provide you with an estimated start date when a contract is signed. Start dates may shift due to weather, permit delays, material supply, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly of any schedule changes.
If you wish to cancel a project after a contract has been signed, any costs already incurred for materials ordered, permits applied for, or work performed will be charged. Cancellation terms are detailed in your individual written contract.
Payment terms are specified in your individual written contract. A deposit is typically required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Accepted payment methods will be detailed in your contract.
Payments not received when due may result in work stoppage. Outstanding balances may be subject to collection proceedings. Edinburg Deck and Fence reserves the right to file a mechanic's lien on the property for unpaid services in accordance with Texas law.
Edinburg Deck and Fence obtains required building permits through the applicable local authority as part of our standard service. The cost of permits, where applicable, is typically included in your written proposal or billed at cost. You are responsible for obtaining any required approvals from homeowners associations (HOAs) or other private entities governing your property prior to the start of construction. Delays caused by HOA review processes or denials are outside our control.
Specific workmanship warranties, where offered, are stated in your individual written contract. Any manufacturer warranties on materials (composite decking, hardware, fasteners, etc.) are passed through to you in accordance with the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
